Richa is a consultant at The Family Business Consulting Group, specializing in conflict resolution, communication, organizational behavior, and human resources. With extensive experience in educating and facilitating business families, designing family charters, and fostering collaboration, she gained valuable insights while working in India's diverse family business landscape. Richa's expertise extends from her prior role as Executive Director for a group of colleges, overseeing operations and administration for thousands of students and staff.
