Where to Find the Support All Next Gen Leaders Need

Show me any successful leader and I’ll ask about their teams. Individuals always fail. Teams determine success.

As a next gen leader, who do you currently have on your team? If you don't feel you currently have a robust team of support around you, who needs to be on your team in 2024?

One of my 72-year old clients recently said to me, “I’ll pay anything that helps my son take over this business.”  His son is 52 years old, eager, and ready to do whatever he can to prove his capacity to his father, but doesn't know how.

You may know that family business leaders drive over 60% of the GDP in the U.S. and over 70% of job growth.  The problem is that they make too many decisions based on guesswork, or intuition. They need experts and answers. 

About a month ago-- on the same day-- several of my clients asked me to create peer groups for Next Generation family business leaders.  When multiple people tell me to behave in a certain way, I tend to listen.
