Martha Sullivan is a consultant with The Family Business Consulting. She is a seasoned expert in facilitating ownership transitions within family businesses. Emily is a family advisor, speaker, author, and facilitator of unique, transformative experiences for women executives, inheritors, Next gen family business leaders, couples, and blended families. She guides families with complex enterprises through the intricacies of multigenerational wealth and succession planning. With extensive experience since 2004, Emily specializes in family governance, the emotional impact of wealth transition, and techniques to foster family cohesion and alignment. She is the co-author of "Estate Planning for the Blended Family" and “Beginners Guide to Purposeful Prenups”. She also holds multiple certifications in philanthropy, engaged ownership, and money coaching.

Richa is a consultant at The Family Business Consulting Group, specializing in conflict resolution, communication, organizational behavior, and human resources. With extensive experience in educating and facilitating business families, designing family charters, and fostering collaboration, she gained valuable insights while working in India's diverse family business landscape. Richa's expertise extends from her prior role as Executive Director for a group of colleges, overseeing operations and administration for thousands of students and staff.
